Delivery Schedule

Delivery is usually within 14 working days of using receiving the personalisation information from you but please allow upto 21 days. If your selection should be unavailable within the stated delivery guide lines, we will contact you as soon as possible to allow you to make another choice or cancel your order.

Cancelling your Order

Personalised Items - You may cancel an order for personalised items within three days of the date of purchase, unless we have already started making them*.
* as these items are personalised once we have started to make them we unfortunately cannot cancel the order and no refund will be given.

Returns Policy

All our products come with a 14-day refund or exchange guarantee, This guarantee excludes all personalised items. Due to the nature of these products, refunds or exchanges will only be allowed if the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. Your payment will be refunded (excluding the original shipping costs) on receipt of the items. personalisedgiftbags.co.uk will not refund the cost of the return postage to us. We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please send an e-mail to sales@personalisedgiftbags.co.uk. We will respond to your individual circumstances and if agreed, a refund or replacement will be processed within 14 days of personalisedgiftbags.co.uk receiving the returned item(s).
