Being a small business means we are able to provide a dedicated and personal service to all our customers.

We have a large range of items in our shop and we would recommend that you have a good browse through the different categories we offer. Most of our products can be personalised to your specification and can be made for all occasions. If you cannot see the occasion you are looking for or have an idea for a design, simply contact us with your enquiry and/or ideas and we will do our best to help.

Personalisation...
Once we have received your order, we will contact you via email for the details (names, descriptions, messages etc) we require to complete your order.

Any of our designs can be used for any occasion. Simply order the design you want and we will make if for the occasion you require it for.

Please Note: Although we aim to dispatch all orders within 14 days of receiving the personalisation information from you please allow upto 21 days for delivery as all items are made to order*. *If you have an urgent order please contact us as we may be able to fit you in.

Paying for your order
We accept payment by Cheque / Postal Order or by Credit / Debit Card (via Paypal).
To pay by Credit / Debit Card you do not need a Paypal account, simply complete the checkout process and choose to pay via Credit / Debit Card. Your order will be confirmed and you will be directed to the Paypal webpage. If you do not have a Paypal account click on the word continue which is just above the pictures of the Credit / Debit Cards, you will then be asked to enter your details and click to confirm the order. If your payment is succesfull you will then receive a confirmation of order and receipt for your payment by email. You will be redirected back to our site automatically or click "Return to Merchant" on Paypals Page your order is now complete.
